the person of Christ

The person of Christ is sinless and if we daily abide in the power of that Grace by faith and walk as children of light it's possible. Compromise love for sin doubt and unbelief that denies His power says you can't you'll always be wretched these are lies from the pit of hell from satan and his messengers because satan wants people to stay bound holding people his captives. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We must abide in Christ and His word and He will abide in us. It's when we step outside of where we are called to be that the doors swing open to the acts of sin and partaking in them. Faith comes by hearing and by hearing the word of God if we are not abiding in the word then we are not feeding our faith and then there is no virtue added to faith there is no growth in this Grace as we have been instructed to grow in grace  and we will become weak spiritually . same as if we work out and stop lifting stop jogging exercising we get out of shape lose muscle mass . our Faith begins to shrink at compromise and leads to more compromises and  if we aren't abiding in Christ and His word then we have gone astray and backslidden. And the Lord Says to us then  repent and return to your first love.
