Carnal - persons being worldly (carnal) , imperfection of persons, weakness , frailty 

Milk - first elements of christian instruction , pure spiritual nourishment

divisions- discord , sedition , schism, heresy , disunion , tearing apart, dissention , dissension 

Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:  If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.1 Peter 2:1-3

The Holy spirit grieved are you grieved

 If we Name the Name of Christ profess to be His born again filled with His spirit and are not grieved by the things that grieve the Holy Spirit then it’s time to examine ourselves . Compromise has spoiled whole houses . Flattery and deception are close knit and in these last days the seducing spirits of flattery have taken many and turned God’s Grace into lasciviousness. Their is no faithfulness in their mouth their inward part is very wickedness their throat is an open sepulcher : they flatter with their tongues. They are such as serve not our Lord Jesus Christ but their own belly and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. A flattery mouth works ruin a man who flatters his neighbor spreads a net for his feet. They speak vanity everyone with his neighbor with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. A double mind a double heart a double tongue these spots wrinkles and blemishes should not be found among us who Name the Name of Christ and profess to be His . Nevertheless they did flatter Him with their mouth and they lied unto Him with their tongues. Whose end is destruction whose God is their belly and whose glory is in their shame who mind earthly things. And this I say lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers specially they of the circumcision . And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now at a long time lingereth not. And their damnation slumbereth not. He is in the way of life who keeps instruction: but he who refuses reproof errs.

iron sharpens iron. stay sharp

 These are the end time the last days. deception will be great there will be a great falling away. in these last days we must watch and pray. the deceitful deceiving lying seducing spirits of flattery have increased gradually in time and  in these days of acceleration these have increased . Jesus warned about the coming deception and rise of false prophets.

The word sober in the word of God refers to a sound mind exercising self control self restraint to refrain from things that the Lord delights not in. Flesh is at war against the spirit the flesh is weak the spirit is willing. We are instructed to be renewed in the spirit of our mind, these times upon us these last days we must be sober and vigilant we must take heed and watch unto prayer. We must not yield to our flesh whom we yield ourselves to obey that’s whose servants we are. Now is the time to yield our heart to the Lord diligently seek Him and incline our ears to Him. The voice of His word is always speaking the word is alive and powerful Jesus is the Living word. His hand is not shortened that He can not save it is sin that separates us from the Lord. Many call it judgmental to reprove sin not understanding and knowing he who is spiritual judges all things. The word is judge Gods word is the holy and righteous judge. Nothing can be put to it or taken from it. prepare ye the way repent the kingdom of God is at hand . The whole Gospel has a dark gloom and doom side to it. It pleased God to crush His son. Jesus was beaten beyond recognition bruised scorned His head crowned with thorns nails in His hands nails in His feet. Many have received grace in vain and turned the grace of God into  lasciviousness as if they are delivered to do what is abomination. Jesus said when the comforter is come He will lead you into all truth and reprove the world of sin. Repent and believe the Gospel . The night is far spent the day is at hand as in the days of Noah ! Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. There is a better way
