Treasure Earthly and Heavenly

when you lay up in store for yourselves treasures on earth, that's treasures to rust to be stolen, to be forgotten , temporal treasures can never compare to treasures in Heaven. treasures in Heaven are of Eternal worth, never to be lost or stolen, never to be forgotten . so many have the mindset that ya only have one life to live so live it to the fullest and they live it building and losing gaining and taking , hardly ever giving . our life here our life now counts towards Eternity , the grave isn't the last stop it's not the final resting place for man. there are two places to dwell - Heaven or Hell ! many claim to be Christian in name and by word but live without action that matches the description of Christian. any man can say he is a electrician , he might even have all the tools and people might believe him , but its when you give him a job that you find out if he is or isn't

people spend their whole life trying to be great , trying to accomplish what makes them look and feel successful and some accomplish it but when they do the chase doesn't stop there they chase more and more because it's never enough to fill the empty void in them because the void can only be filled by one the heart of man can only truly be satisfied when its resting in the arms of Christ wholly surrendered to the King

ya can't keep drinking poison and expect to live in wholeness . friend only Jesus can give wholeness to a broken life

hope for the broken , healing for the wounded , redemption for the lost reconciliation , forgiveness all made possible through Jesus

there are so many Diy projects today for remodeling but when it comes to man changing and getting right with the Lord , it is not a Diy project , that type of remodeling requires the help of a skillful qualified certified builder and His Name is Jesus . He takes the heart of man and changes it making it new . we are the clay He is the potter when we wholly surrender to the King He molds and shapes us in His image , He gives us the strength and wisdom to walk in the newness of life that He has given us . He is able to keep us and perfect His strength in us and through us. there is nothing too hard for God with Him all things are possible, it doesn't matter how much of a mess you life is or how bad the circumstances look , God can do more in a minute than an ordinary man can do in a lifetime . look in the Book of Genesis look at what God did He spoke and there was Light . we are in better hands when we take our hands off of our life and place our life in the Mighty hands of God.

so many see the girl posting selfie after selfie and put her down and go about gossiping about her instead of reaching out to her. it doesn't take a lot of discernment to know that , that girl is hurting searching for love , seeking approval because at some point somewhere in life she wasn't loved maybe she was rejected bashed bruised and wounded her whole life . maybe she was bullied . so she turns to search out Christianity looking for love and approval and all she finds is sounding brass and tinkling cymbals . too many are quick to evaluate someone by the external and they ignore the internal. few know how to listen few care to reach out . what kind of example is that ? Jesus sees them and moves with compassion. the insecure Christian doesn't know how to love , and the insecure Christian day in and day searches for a way to make their self '' appear '' super righteous because they can't deal with how miserable they are and when they lay down at night the hypocrite inside them calls them out and so they wrestle . that insecure Christians is like a addict needing to achieve a certain high and they get it by masking their flaws and faults feeding their ego as they go about power tripping on others. there comes a time when you need to face the man in the mirror and call him out !

The time we are living in

the time we are living are times that call for men and women of God who have an ear to hear what the Spirit is saying , men and women of God who are bold and courageous who will fear no evil though they walk through the valley of the shadow of death. a motivational , inspirational speaker who speaks only on blessings and prosperity is not going to prepare you for whats coming they will leave you lost looking for that blessing when tribulation hits the earth and that knock comes to your door saying deny your faith or die. these motivational speakers have already made their statement when they said Christianity's God is the same as islam . they are puppets who play a part in ushering in the new world order one religion

be not forgetful to entertain strangers for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

that one you ignore or that one that you are making fun of could be the stranger you have been forgetful to entertain and thereby you have not entertained angels unawares. think about it, the needs you saw and neglect to meet , the needs you didn't have time to help, the ones that were reaching out and you shut up your hand , those needs you scrolled past and overlooked , you have to stand accountable for that and give an answer ! For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. We see the clouds the rain and the wind and say that storm looks bad. Too many times we judge things based off of what we can see. Some times we are tested and tried just like Job was , and in those times we find that some of our friends are like the friends Job had. His friends couldn't see God's hand in his situation. Job was going through it and his friends had no discernment no understanding . they said he must be a wicked man they accused him of being a hypocrite. Being that they didn't understand Job's suffering maybe that was just part of Job's trial or maybe they had a Joel Osteen best life now view of Christianity who knows . it seems that Job's friends were the actual hypocrites and they lacked compassion .

Going through some of my old notes things the Lord has shown me spoke to me etc.. I came across this and hope it blesses some one

when you're down cast broken and your faith has been covered by a dark cloud when the enemy has came in like a flood, Jesus will not leave you comfortless He will come to you . the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.

 we read in the Gospel of Luke Jesus told Peter satan desired to have him and sift him as wheat. when the enemy came in like a flood to sift peter , peter denied Jesus 3 times .

to sift means to shake up and down , front and sideways to everyway shake and stir the enemy does come in like a flood and hits us from every which way.

Paul said we are troubled on every side but why did he say yet not distressed ? perplexed but not in despair ?  because we have this hope in Christ by faith that though we be troubled on every side we won't be left comfortless Jesus is gonna come to us and lift up a standard against the enemy and Jesus is gonna lift us up and carry us by His sufficient Grace stand us back up giving us the strength again that we need . .

we might fall but the Lord loves us too much to leave us there He is going to build us back up in love and teach us how to stand. we are never hopeless when we place our faith and trust in Christ. our situation may look hopeless we may at times feel helpless but Christ is not going to leave us comfortless .

 He is a God of restoration, if you have been drifting then He is seeking to come to you and restore you back to Him as your first love and His goodness will lead you to repentance . Jesus didn't say go to church read this many scriptures pray for this many hours first then I'll come to you.
