 If you keep picking a scab the wound is going to keep bleeding and healing is delayed !

Many dwell in a wounded mindset and when you stay in that mindset it's like you're picking the scabs of past wounds off constantly yet at the same time wondering why you've not been set free why specific things and people have such a hold on you. when you're wounded internally and you keep revisiting those memories holding onto those grudges you're only harming yourself what you're doing spiritually is picking your scabs off reopening your wounds and it leaves you unstable in all of your ways the hurt and confusion the pain and distress a lot of it is brought on by yourself because you choose to hold grudges you choose to remain offended you choose to remain unforgiving . Jesus said the unforgiving servant is given over to the tormentors . forgive and you shall be forgiven . bitterness has a root and it defiles many bitterness doesn't only defile you but many. it is time to stop mentally afflicting yourself and reopening your wounds it is time for you to know the truth and be set free be healed and made whole. be it according to your faith do not overthink and over complicate it . come to the Lord call upon Him trust in Him Believe and receive .
an internal wound from a medical observation by examination can be determined by verified symptoms outwardly . but to really diagnose the internal issues a doctor has to do exrays mri imaging to see. Jesus is the great physician He doesn't need xrays and mri images there is nothing Hid from Him concerning us . He sees He knows He hears. He knows our spiritual physical mental and emotional condition.
