if you're overwhelmed

War on the minds in so many ways . If you’re overwhelmed today may you be refreshed with the refreshing that comes from the presence of the Lord  and your mind sound your heart full of peace that surpasses all understanding. I would remind you be renewed in the spirit of your mind. Take a moment be still and discern what spirit is at work in your mind and then come against it in prayer and by being renewed in the spirit of your mind by the word of God. If your faith has become weak strengthen it with the word of God. Faith comes by hearing , and hearing by the word of God. Put off the old and put on the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him who created him. Let the peace of God rule and reign in your heart admonish one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing with grace in our hearts to the Lord. Let us keep our mind stayed upon the Lord He will keep us in perfect peace then. Perfect love casts out fear . Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. Be mindful of the exceeding great and precious promises that by these we might be partakers of the Divine nature. Keep diligence stand fast in the faith be not soon shaken in mind. Endure until the end and you shall be saved. Remember the promises to him who overcomes.
