unforgiveness throws one into a spiritual prison mentally to be tormented by tormentors. if you'll choose this day to turn away from unforgiveness and turn to the Lord choosing to forgive and be forgiven you'll be set free from that prison cell of being ment
ally pounded and will no longer be a torment to yourself. you're the one affected most by holding onto the baggage of grudges and unforgiveness .. your own heart deceives you into thinking I will show them and get them meanwhile their life goes on and yours is held back . unforgiveness holding grudges slandering gossiping these are sins that cause good things to be withheld from you.
