Understanding 2 Timothy 3:4-5

2 Timothy 3:4-5) 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Heady= rash, precipitate, ego, above, headlong, hasty, careless

High-minded= to inflate with self conceit, lifted up with pride, puff up, proud to be conceited, arrogant, exalt self, become haughty,  to make conceited.

Form= appearance, mere external form, fashion,to form,

godliness= holiness, piety, worship, devout,  reverence motivated by fear of God., denoting spontaneous feeling of heart.

Denying= to break faith with, to contradict, disavow, reject, oppose,  resist, to avoid, to disapprove, refuse,abenegate.

Power= miraculous power, abundance, ability, might,  strength, true nature of, essential power,  opposed to speech merely , force.
