Be ye Transformed by the renewing of your mind 

Romans 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Be renewed

Ephesians 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind

put on the new man

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness

put on the new man which is renewed in knowledge

Colossians 3:10  And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord

gird up the loins of your mind

1 Peter 1:13-14) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

in other words gather up those loose ends that are filled with weights & stress and the carnality of worldly ways and get your mind in good shape.

Fallen defiled garments will have you fallen down and entangled with the yoke of bondage

God has ordained for us to have a transformed mind a renewed mind and a sound mind.

therefore gird up the loins of your mind by renewing your mind with the word of God. the consistent renewal of our mind will eradicate wrong thinking wrong believing pain hurt and scars from the past that would attempt to influence our minds.

spiritual warfare is real and it is a daily battle that we encounter . but Christ has given us the helmet of salvation and that piece of armour is designed to protect our mind.

it is important that we grow in knowledge of our salvation and we learn who we are in Christ and where we stand in and through Christ. it is also important to know how the enemy operates against us. mental preparation is a key in spiritual warfare. why ? because the mind is the strategic control center of the body. what goes into the mind comes out in our actions.
