some people gotta go in all the wrong directions before they wake up and see the right direction.

some people gotta go in all the wrong directions before they wake up and see the right direction. for some they gotta completely fall to rock bottom before they realize that the way they live and the plans they make will fail and come to nothing without God. you'll spend your time running in circles living life backwards instead of truly moving forward. sometimes confused people are to impatient to wait for clarity and they foolishly think they know best. they listen to many voices in the wind not willing to endure a storm or face the hardships and wait upon and trust in God.

Just because one says they Believe it doesn't mean they actually do. the evidence of authentic belief is backed up by actions , how you live your life.

and just because you say you believe and God is occasionally mentioned from your lip service doesn't mean that God is for you. His word Boldly and Righteously declares that the children of disobedience are children of wrath . God's wrath abides on them yet His mercy endures and remains available to the ones who truly come to Him and trust in Him alone . God wills that none perish but that all should come to repentance .

Obey God rather than man

DANIEL disobeyed the governing authorities when they contradicted his commitment to God. - HE OBEYED HIS GOD
We must obey God, not man!" Acts5:29 The Christian must only obey goverment when that authority does NOT contradict our God!
We see in the example of the apostles, & Daniel, & David, and others, THERE IS A TIME TO DISREGARD WORLDLY "AUTHORITIES"
They ordered the apostles not to speak in Jesus' Name.. but they never stopped proclaiming: "Jesus is the Christ!" Acts5
Peter did NOT obey the authorities in power. See Acts5:40-42 - Peter went out and disobeyed the authorities, obeying God.

wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

 

sanctification comes through Truth . sanctification and Holiness is not something a man can do or produce himself by his own abilities own strength or good works. sanctification comes through Truth and sanctification is a inward work done by the transforming life changing power of God. the Truth is written by the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.

 

deathbed salvation ?

Some argue that for a unbeliever who has spent their life in rebellion towards God cannot be saved on their deathbed. I disagree ! I believe that it is possible for someone to be saved on their deathbed in their very last moments of this temporal earthly life. why do I believe that ? keep reading to find out.

the scripture I was reading today that has inspired and compelled me to write in this post was the scripture about the thief who hung on the cross next to Jesus . that thief lived a life of sin and you can say that cross was his death bed . the thief confessed verbally that his punishment was just the thief verbally confessed Jesus as Lord when the thief turned to Jesus and said Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with Me in paradise.

I looked up paradise in the greek the meaning is a Eden a place of future happiness.

God has mercy on whom He wills and the Lord wills not that any should perish but that all would come to repentance . the above scripture is why I believe that a lost sinner can be saved on their deathbed. it is hard to imagine what one would be thinking about while laying on their deathbed. some would say foolishly say that their confession to the Lord was done out of fear of being Eternally punished. but yet it is impossible for man to to determine a persons motive especially in a deathbed situation. a person on their deathbed probably has many thoughts and reflects on a lot .on that deathbed they probably have their whole life time flashing before their eyes maybe the Lord gives them a vision showing them the depth of sin they lived out and as the spirit of the Lord moves on them they are compelled to call upon the Lord . we don't know what one is thinking nor can we rightfully say or determine what their motive is if they confess the Lord and have a change of mind & heart on their deathbed. we can't say their motive was fear of punishment when their motive could be legit conviction compelling them to repent.

take a look at those scriptures concerning the thief who hung next to Jesus . that thief his eyes were opened on that cross to see that his punishment was just and in a crowd full of doubt and mockers the thief openly confessed Jesus as Lord . it was like the thief had a revelation from God seeing his sin and His need that thief had a change of mind & heart. it was like that thief was born again right there as he hung on that cross next to Jesus.

These struggles are going to prepare you it's hard to see looking through the rearview trials may tempt you and dare you to run away at times it may even get hard to pray mind so consumed heart so heavily distracted that you can't even find the words to say dark days and dark nights may crowd in but ya gotta keep holding on until the sky turns clear blue just know and never forget that what you are currently going through is preparing you for whats to come in the future end times gone get rough right now you may think these trials are tearing you down but these trials are actually building you up to stand and walk in a childlike faith keep looking to the Lord and He will always provide the way of escape .

Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

color is not the issue . the issue clearly is a heart issue the roots of the issue is deeper than mankind wants to look. the root cause of every heart issue is sin. and what we see going on is just the results of man neglecting and rejecting God . the issue is many don't have the love to turn the other cheek or follow Jesus' example. when He was reviled Jesus reviled not and He threatened not. the issues at hand are deep rooted farther back than one can see. man likes to feel powerful or be known as a legend a hero someone who stood for what they believed in and for many to love is weak to forgive makes one a coward and to give another a 2nd chance is to betray themselves. this world has a very twisted counterproductive view. blind leading the blind . stereo types racism etc.. fallen generations traditions continued lead to a fallen nation. a nation without God is a enemy of the cross and is there own worst enemy. the solution is simple repent and turn from your wicked ways then shall the land and the people be healed and made whole. the flesh of man wars against self and others. competition rages mistaken rights counterproductive protests . cities will be laid waste except people repent. man wants vengeance and what they consider to be justice. man wants judgement now. Christ came to seek and to save the lost. He is the way the truth and the life coming that we might have life and that we might have it more abundantly. but the enemy came to steal kill and to destroy

social media that ain't social each profile a pulpit speaking to the pews like churches a lot of verses and quotes people quoting people this social media steeple many forgot the call to serve and made their calling a job like a 9 to 5 hello do this do that goodbye until we get back service times with no service to get prayer ya got submit your request everybody dressed like sunday best afraid to be transparent when life is a mess dressed to impress look at me status's masking the struggle behind this social media mask many broken many hurting struggling and suffering no place of fellowship this social media that ain't social clicks and circles like the church people loving the uppermost seat (front row) no place for the hurting & the broken prayer requests unspoken it's like we shut the door of hope in sleep as people speak hear their cries see the pain in their eyes through profile pics time ticks and people come to this media day in day out looking to call someone out shut them out drowned them out and speak louder filthy self righteous rags bragging and boasting speaking out but not reaching out media credit good look at my likes if you ain't with my group take a hike people pleasing and self hype every day is open mic are you open tonight to allow Christ to take over ? quick to listen slow to speak  are ya ready to walk being meek ? bear ye one anothers burdens and so fulfill the Law of Christ .  social media that ain't social tweets speak for us like we lost our vocals people and homes becoming antisocial no time for a conversation, frustration and starvation a systematically designed vacation don't get it twisted this is not accusation but a reality of truth we fight people when we ought to be  fighting the principality that is controlling not just the youth but our homes cell phones and gadgets while it all can be a vehicle of communication we have lost sight of the beauty in creation instagram selfies the modeling agency of self love facebook the book of many faces status's and icons it's like a python coiled around life choking and squeezing it out of many. don't get it twisted there are plenty of good uses for such things as media when the balance is right. look at what it's become use to incite riots of hate a place to arrange dates to click up and discriminate a place of  politics twisted logics self promotion in place of daily devotion a place of motions and masks look at what it has become .consuming life into isolation
