God has never been the author of confusion ! There is a whole lot of confusion coming from state governors and the government and its leadership.  Its clear in plain sight these orders being pushed by the rulers of the darkness of this world are governed and authored by the author of confusion.. Romans 13 though right ? Unlearned blind leading blind so many in a ditch of confusion fear panic isolation stress worry anxiety .. Double minded and unstable in all of their ways is the direct result. God declares His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge .
