The
devil can tempt and entice you to sin but he can not make you sin, you
choose to take action or walk away. you have the choice to resist or to
submit.
James 1:14-16) 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.
James 4:7-8) 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil,
and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to
you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double
minded.
1cor.10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but
God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are
able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye
may be able to bear it.
